St Andrew’s Medical Centre, Tunbridge Wells
Our Healthcare team was instructed by the Practice as their monitoring surveyor for a new medical centre development, which was part of the Southborough Hub. The medical centre is a two storey building with a floor area of approximately 810 sq m. It provides 14 clinical rooms and associated accommodation. We advised the Practice from an early stage in the design and the centre was completed in March 2021.
