Our Healthcare team have worked with The Simpson Centre and Millbarn Medical Centre since 2017 as their monitoring surveyor for a new medical centre development that they were planning to share.
The medical centre is a two storey building with a floor area of approximately 1550 sqm and provides 29 clinical rooms and associated accommodation. Aitchison Raffety advised the Practice from an early stage in the design.
