Newport Pagnell Medical Centre, Milton Keynes
Our Healthcare team has been involved with Newport Pagnell Medical Centre since its construction, acting for the practice on their notional rent reviews and valuations for both the partners leaving and joining, and secured lending.
The medical centre has an integral pharmacy which they sublet, where we act for the practice as Landlord in relation to the reviews and have taken several reviews to third party.
Most recently we have agreed the Heads of Terms for the new lease at the pharmacy and also been involved in advice on rental levels and charges for sharing space within the health centre.
