Our Approach
Upon receiving instructions we provided marketing advice and a sales strategy to the client, and we inspected the portfolio and collated all the necessary background information. We prepared our marketing particulars and a data-room ready to issue to interested parties. By launching the opportunity across all marketing platforms, we were able to deal with enquiries and lead negotiations with interested parties. This enabled negotiation of the transaction with a suitable buyer; leading to a successful sale.
