Justin is an experienced commercial property professional with over 20 years of industry expertise. Justin joined Aitchison Raffety in 2023 as a Senior Surveyor in our Business Rates team.
With experience as an Industrial Leasing Agent in Durban, South Africa, he progressed to become a Leasing Manager, General Manager, and Director with a staff of 70 people at Sage Properties, a listed property company in Johannesburg.
Possessing a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Commercial Property, including Leasing, Property Management, Development, Sales and Acquisitions, Valuations, and Development, Justin successfully ran his own Commercial Property Agency in Ballito, South Africa, for seven years before relocating to the UK to qualify as a Valuer.
He worked at the Valuation Office in Southampton for three years before joining Aitchison Raffety.
