Aitchison Raffety was instructed to project manage and dispose of this 18 hectare development site on behalf of the Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
Together with our in-house planning consultants, an outline planning consent was achieved for 550 dwellings and a mixed use development. The site was sold to a PLC house builder in a difficult economic climate with the client receiving a single upfront land payment plus future key worker accommodation.
