Jamie Simpson from our Valuation Team who has recently been promoted to Area Director – Midlands
– Jamie’s been an integral part of the Valuations team since we welcomed him back to AR in 2021, and has shown great ambition, so it’s great to be able to recognise this as he steps up to Area Director. Jamie will play an important part in developing and expanding our team in the Midlands as we continue to make progress in growing our national coverage.

Gemma Tull from our Valuation Team who has been promoted to Client Services Manager – Gemma has been a critical component in the growth story of the valuation division, handling a 50% increase in quote volumes in the last 12 months, whilst maintaining first-class customer service standards. Her role as a single point of contact for our clients is invaluable. Gemma will play a key role in developing efficiencies in our Client Services offering and ensuring that our clients receive the right care from us.

Dave Simpson from our Healthcare Team has now been promoted to Director – Paula Mace, our Head of Healthcare had this to say about Dave – “I am delighted that Dave Simpson has been promoted to Director. This is a well-deserved recognition of hard work and dedication to the team and the company since he joined the healthcare team in March 2021. Dave has been instrumental in expanding our services in the north, significantly increasing volumes of transactions and new business and building client relationships in this location.  He has also been central to building the team itself, and continues to be involved in business development and plans for growth, to expand our geographical coverage even further.  Dave brings with him an unflappable nature and cheery personality. Congratulations and well done Dave!”

Thomas Shaw from our Business Rates Team has now been promoted to Director – Rick Gibala, Head of Business Rates has this to say about Tom – “Since joining AR, Tom has established himself as a key team member within the rating department but also the wider London office and company as a whole,  providing sound advice to clients and AR service lines alike. Tom will continue to help grow the rating team within London and the wider geographies moving forward”
