Area Director - Midlands

Jamie joined Aitchison Raffety’s Valuation team in May 2021. He has over 15 years’  valuation experience having developed specialisms in the areas of secured lending and CPO valuation.

Based at our Birmingham office, Jamie will cover the Midlands region.

Jamie’s experience includes valuing residential, commercial and development property whether the property is vacant, owner occupier or held as an investment. The valuations have been for a range of purposes, including, loan security on behalf of high street banks, inclusion in financial statements and accounts on behalf of investment funds, corporate recovery on behalf of insolvency practitioners.

Jamie re-joins Aitchison Raffety after a three and a half year period with Carter Jonas.

Selorm Klu-Holloway

Selorm is a Senior Surveyor who joined the Valuation Team at Aitchison Raffety in September 2023. He has experience in valuing a wide range of asset classes including care homes and mainstream commercial properties (office, industrial and retail) mainly for secured lending and financial reporting purposes.

Having originally studied architecture at university, Selorm has spent over 20 years in the building or property industry overall. He is currently based in the Bristol area but covers the Midlands and beyond for his valuation work.

Tim Bell

Associate Director

Tim joins AR from LSH as a highly experienced commercial Valuer. He has a breadth of knowledge and experience, providing Red Book Valuations for secured lending, private clients and public institutions. He has also valued large asset portfolios of up to £1.5 billion for financial reporting purposes.

Within the property market, Tim brings expertise within the commercial arena, providing investment valuations on Offices; large and complex residential developments; life sciences and laboratories; retail portfolios and has a particular interest in industrial use assets.

Accreditations: MSc MRICS VRS

Fun Fact: Tim is distantly related to the inspiration for Sherlock Holmes, a Dr Joseph Bell. Working as a police surgeon in Edinburgh, his assistant was (Sir) Arthur Conan Doyle.
