Ed Holmes
Director
Ed joined Aitchison Rafferty’s Valuation team as Director in January 2026 after approximately 10 years with JLL.
Based in Birmingham, Ed is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 10 years’ of valuation experience having worked with a range of clients including major UK clearing banks, international lenders, developers, property companies and institutional investors on both secured lending and financial reporting mandates.
Ed has experience in valuing all major commercial asset classes and in recent years has developed a particular specialism in the retail sector. In addition, Ed also has experience in valuing residential and development property.
