As a fellow of the CIPD, Gill is a strategic HR leader with a passion for bringing out the best in Leaders and Managers and helping organisations meet their strategic goals through their people.

Jo Barnes

Finance Manager

Jo joined Aitchison Raffety in July 2023, bringing over 30 years of experience in Finance.

With a wide range of expertise spanning across credit control, purchase ledger, contract management, and office management, Jo has a proven track record of leading teams to ensure smooth running of finance functions.

Jo has previously worked with large blue-chip companies such as Pioneer GB Ltd, Rackspace Technology, and Wireless Logic Ltd.

Lottie Bonney

Finance and Operations Director

Lottie joined Aitchison Raffety in June 2020 and was appointed to the Executive Board in October 2020.  She is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and works closely with the Managing Director to achieve the company’s operational and people strategies.

Lottie plays a key role in our financial management and planning and leads initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity alongside Aitchison Raffety’s ambitious growth strategy.

Lottie brings to Aitchison Raffety a wealth of commercial finance experience spanning almost 20 years having previously worked with consultancies including Page Group, United Outcomes and Practicus Ltd.
