Acting on behalf of separate landlords Aitchison Raffety’s Agency team has completed two lettings of office units within the same building at Amberside, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, and a third unit is now under offer, with strong interest in the two remaining units.

Amberside is a two storey office building that was comprehensively refurbished in 2007 to provide small units with air-conditioning and raised floors, sharing central services such as toilets and a lift as well as benefitting from a shower and cycle racks, and a gated car park close to the centre of town.

  • The first letting to complete was Unit 1a, a 600 sq ft office, let to Jakeman Accountants from 19 October 2022 on a new six year lease. The quoting rent was £12,000 pa.
  • The second letting was Unit 1b totalling 1,816 sq ft, let to Amberside Energy Ltd, who also occupy another unit at Amberside. This letting completed on 31 October for a new five year lease. The quoting rent was £30,000 pa.
