We are delighted to announce the appointment of Gerard Barry as our new Head of Transactional & Capital Markets.
Gerard has over 25 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate market. Prior to this, his work spanned residential, social housing, and construction. As a Business Developer and Surveyor with an
excellent knowledge of the Central London and South East markets, his proven track record in transactions, his appointment, and expertise will expand and strengthen Aitchison Raffety’s agency coverage.
Gerard will mainly be based between our London and St Albans offices.
