Aitchison Raffety, an employee-owned national property consultancy, has completed the sale of a modern warehouse and office building at Regal Way, Watford, Hertfordshire, to Axia Computer Systems.
The property, totalling 5,500 sq ft, comprises an end-of-terrace 6m eaves height warehouse with a high office content with five car spaces, sold at best bids for a price above the quoting level of £1.3 million. The property was sold with the benefit of vacant possession.
The purchaser, Axia Computer Systems Ltd, an expanding computer support and service solutions company, referred to the building as providing the ideal solution to help their expansion programme, having already been fitted with temperature controlled rooms suitable for their business.
The purchaser was unrepresented whilst Aitchison Raffety advised the vendors, a private pension fund.
