Aitchison Raffety, a national property consultancy, is pleased to announce the expansion of its Building Surveying team with the appointments of Stephen Seeney (left) as Associate Director and Michael Norris (right) as a Graduate Building Surveyor. The new appointments will enable the company to offer a greater geographical base for its expert building surveying function from the South East to the Midlands and further north.
- Stephen will be located at the company’s Birmingham office and will be integral to the growth of the business in the West Midlands. He is a qualified building surveyor and brings over 10 years’ experience in commercial building surveying services including Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations and Contract Administration. Stephen has worked across all sectors including office, industrial, retail and residential, and is highly experienced in the delivery of building surveying services for commercial property clients from project inception to completion. He has previously held positions with Malcolm Hollis and the Rund Partnership.
- Michael will be located at the company’s Hemel Hempstead office in Hertfordshire supporting the already established team and continue his APC studies to become a qualified building surveyor. Michael joins from Blakeney Leigh where he has spent over two years as an Assistant Building Surveyor.
