Matthew re-joined Aitchison Raffety in September 2025 and has over 20 years experience as a Town Planner, primarily spent in private consultancy. Matthew has operated across all spectrums of planning, including initial appraisals, planning application for major housing developments, planning appeals (including Public Inquiries) and land promotion.
Accreditations: BA (Hons), DipTP, MRTPI
Fun Fact: Matthew is a big football fan and a lifelong supporter of Nottingham Forest, which he is pleased to say that both his boys have now followed the same path!
