19/03/20 – Aitchison Raffety Response to COVID-19 Outbreak

Aitchison Raffety has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and following the Government’s guidance in setting out its own business continuity plans.

Our priority is to safeguard our staff, our customers and clients, and to ensure we can continue to deliver our services uninterrupted through this difficult period. Regular guidance continues to be provided to our employees to keep them safe and active.

We have implemented our well-prepared and tested plans. Our investment in technology enables all staff to access our systems from home to ensure that our services remain operational with excellent IT support, although response and turnaround times may be affected.

We will still undertake property inspections for as long as possible but will check that there is nobody on site self-isolating or displaying symptoms. If there are such people on site we will cancel and postpone our visit.

We have stopped all non-essential travel between offices and face-to-face meetings. Please contact us via mobile phone numbers or by email. We remain available for meetings by telephone or video conferencing.
