The solus retail warehouse unit extends to approximately 25,000 sq ft, and benefits from an external garden centre, 106 car parking spaces and a total site area of approximately 1.8 acres.
The freehold property is let to B&M Retail Ltd for a further 12 years at a low passing rent of £155,000 pax (£6.11 psf)
