Aitchison Raffety, a leading practice of chartered surveyors and town planners, is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Gray to Associate Director in the company’s Planning Division.
Andrew joined Aitchison Raffety four years ago and has contributed to the success of the planning team in Northampton. He successfully gained membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has made a significant contribution to the work of the whole team making a valuable contribution to the Division.
Andrew is a team player and has shown both initiative and professionalism in his approach always willing to take some of the more difficult instructions and supporting all of the team in a range of projects. He has mentored others in their work and assisted members of the team in their progress to professional membership.
He has over fifteen years of experience having worked in urban design, master-planning and landscape practices; where he worked on a wide range of complex mixed-use regeneration and residential projects, which include an RTPI award for excellence in the delivery of housing.
Andrew has a strong record in his skilled approach in providing the best advice to clients and when necessary introducing the legal side of planning and successfully working with planning advocates. He recognises the importance of the whole team and the support given to each other to achieve the results evident over recent years.
