26/2/18 – Offices let in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire

Aitchison Raffety (Hertfordshire Office) have confirmed completion of the letting of the South Wing at The Stable Block, Ashlyns Hall, Berkhamsted, HP4 2ST.  Ian Archer, Director at Aitchison Raffety, confirmed that a letting was agreed before refurbishment of the building was completed, showing the strength of the office letting market.

The premises comprise a two storey wing within a converted stable block, which is in turn part of the Grade II* Listed Ashlyns Hall office complex on the outskirts of Berkhamsted, dating from around 1712.  The building is a total of 2,443 sq ft net and benefits from nine parking spaces. The building has been let to two related companies, Chiltern Consulting and Prime Systems, who have both expanded from Chesham. The property was let on a new lease for a term of six years with a three rent review.

Aitchison Raffety acted on behalf of the landlord, a private investment company, whilst the tenant was unrepresented.
