The Aitchison Raffety Residential Survey and Valuation Team offer detailed, bespoke, condition and valuation advice for all purposes, on all types of residential property. The Residential Survey and Valuation Team is made up of experienced Chartered Surveyors.

The Aitchison Raffety Building Surveying Team offer detailed technical knowledge and advice and have a wide range of surveying experience. They are also members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and provide a full range of Building Surveying Services.
