Working closely with the client and drawing on the experience of other professionals, e.g. taxation specialists, an Action Plan is prepared containing proposed strategy, time-scales and valuation of the asset day 1.This is an "organic" document and may alter through regular review to adapt and react to changing market and economic conditions.
-
The preparation of the Action Plan commences immediately upon instruction, to include where appropriate appointment of Fixed Charge Receiver/LPA Receiver, safe in the knowledge that all appointments have been through a robust in-house due diligence process .
-
The Asset Recovery Team has access to specialist individuals within Aitchison Raffety having specific areas of expertise with a portfolio of Services that include town planning, valuation, investment agency, estate management, commercial/residential development and agency, project management and development, throughout 14 offices.
-
A Senior Director controls each project to ensure a seamless implementation of the Action Plan together with providing a focal point between the Asset Recovery Team and the client through regular reports/updates and recommendations.
- The culmination of the above is THE BEST RESOLUTION OF THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM.
