New Directors Appointed

Andrew Hues BSc MRICS and Peter Gregory MRICS have been promoted to Directors of Aitchison Raffety.  

Andrew Hues is based in the London office of Aitchison Raffety, joining the company in 1999.  He is a key member of Aitchison Raffety’s healthcare team and is involved with valuation, landlord and tenant and rating matters within the medical arena.

Peter Gregory is based in the Milton Keynes office and first joined Aitchison Raffety in 1998.  His current responsibilities include commercial valuations, specialising in medical and business related valuations, care homes, children’s nurseries and licensed premises, landlord and tenant work and rates appeals.

Two further members of the Aitchison Raffety team, Nick Ball and Paul Thomas have been promoted to associate directors.  Both are based in the High Wycombe office with Nick Ball specialising in agency work and Paul Thomas in valuations.

The Aitchison Raffety Group has 12 offices from London to Manchester and provides a full range of property services, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, valuation for all purposes, rating appeals, rent review and lease renewal negotiations, development and investment advice, surveying and design services, town planning, property management and corporate real estate services.
