Aitchison Raffety to Amalgamate London Offices

Following the acquisition of London-based Barton Rix earlier this year, Aitchison Raffety is moving ahead with its London office expansion plans and has just exchanged contracts on new West End office premises in which to amalgamate its existing Mid Town and Mayfair London bases.

The new premises in Bird Street, close to Bond Street tube station, will provide approximately 2,600 sq ft on one level enabling staff from the Holborn office of Barton Rix and staff from Aitchison Raffety's Clifford Street office to come together under one roof operating under the Aitchison Raffety name.  It is anticipated that the move will be completed by the end of the year.

The Aitchison Raffety (London)/Barton Rix merger was brokered earlier this year but the individual London offices have continued in the short term to operate under separate names. The combination of the two firms has strengthened the quality and depth of the professional business currently provided whilst adding diversification through agency and management services.
