Aitchison Raffety Expands in Milton Keynes

Aitchison Raffety is soon to move to new and larger offices in Opal Drive, close to Willen Lake. In recent weeks the commercial property firm has taken on new staff in order to expand the business from its Milton Keynes base. The move to the new office at 3 Diamond Court, Opal Drive, Fox Milne is scheduled to take place in September.
Philip Noble Wood, a chartered surveyor specialising in the valuation of quality country homes, residential building surveys and property development has recently joined Aitchison Raffety. He moves from Harrogate in North Yorkshire and has over 30 years’ experience in the UK property market. At Aitchison Raffety he will be responsible for expanding the valuation side of the business for both commercial properties and for country homes.
“Being a valuation surveyor means everyday brings a fresh challenge and I never lose sight of the fact that I am advising on what is for most clients a very substantial financial investment” says Philip who has valued everything from hotels, nursing homes, garages, pubs and clubs to fish farms and ten pin bowling centres.
Andrew Maile has also recently joined Aitchison Raffety’s Milton Keynes office as an assistant surveyor. He is currently studying for a BSc (Hons) in building surveying at Nottingham Trent University
