Client Service Manager Appointed

Aitchison Raffety is strengthening its customer service team with the appointment of Mark Orchard to client service manager, based in St Albans. His primary role will be to enhance the valuation service provided to banks and to deal with service issues, trends and working practices.

In just six years Aitchison Raffety has grown its Red Book Valuation Department seven fold and the company is now appointed to over 40 bank panels and runs the Commercial Valuation Network for Lloyds TSB.

Mark Orchard joins the Aitchison Raffety Group after a distinguished career in branch and corporate banking at Lloyds TSB throughout Hertfordshire.

The Aitchison Raffety Group has 12 offices from London to Manchester and provides a full range of property services, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, valuation for all purposes, rating appeals, rent review and lease renewal negotiations, development and investment advice, surveying and design services, town planning, property management and corporate real estate services.
