Aitchison Raffety Recognised in Business Awards

Aitchison Raffety’s ongoing commitment to its employees through training, opportunities and reward schemes has been recognised in the 2007 Watford and North West London Business Awards.

The company was highly commended in the ‘Success Through People’ category in which the judges were looking for businesses which encourage participation at all levels and which value the contribution of ideas.  The way the business communicates with all its team, provides resources and acts upon suggestions were other key factors influencing the judging.
