Cedar Court - Only 5 Units Left

2006 saw an active year on Cedar Court with a total of eight transactions taking place and this has been joined with a further sale being agreed on Unit A4 so far in 2007.  This leaves only five units remaining being:-

2 x D type units (1,787 ft²)

1 x A type unit (2,521 ft²)

2 x C type units (3,765 ft²)

With firm interest being shown in one of the C type units.
