Good Demand for All Commercial Property in High Wycombe

Recent sales and lettings achieved by Aitchison Raffety show there is continuing demand for all commercial property in the High Wycombe area.
One of the properties in which there was considerable interest was the former Diametrics Medical Facility in Short Street, High Wycombe. The property provides a complex arrangement of workshop, stores, laboratories and offices on two floors totalling some 6,500 sq ft. “As soon as we began marketing the freehold there was considerable interest at the quoting figure of around £400,000 and the sale was eventually concluded to Lansdales Pharmacy for an expansion of their operation”, says Nick Ball, Commercial Agency Manager at Aitchison Raffety.
Two small offices have also been let by Aitchison Raffety. Garden House in High Street Lane End has been let to AAMp Creative, an agency specialising in design for print. The two storey offices total approximately 660 sq ft and the quoting rental was £9,500 per annum exclusive. Brown & Merry Commercial were joint agents.
Within High Wycombe, Aitchison Raffety has let 788 sq ft of office accommodation at Priory Gate House, Priory Road. The premises were offered to the market at a quoting rent of £7,250 per annum exclusive.
On the retail side, Aitchison Raffety has recently achieved the letting of 100 Easton Street to Parkside Nail Supplies. Rental offers were invited in the region of £13,000 per annum exclusive for the former Coffee n Click premises which provide some 446 sq ft of ground floor retail accommodation.
