Prominent Gerrards Cross Site Changes Hand

Aitchison Raffety and Harringtons report the recent sale of the Chiltern Hill Industrial Estate at Chalfont St Peter, Bucks, which lies immediately adjoining the A413 Amersham/ Gerrards Cross road, within three miles of the M40 and the M40/M25 interchange.

The two acre site, which comprises a number of industrial buildings (but only two currently occupied, producing a rental income of approximately £77,000 per annum) has been sold by Highambury Limited - clients of Aitchison Raffety - to Frontier Estates Limited of Milton Keynes.

Frontier has bought the site unconditionally at a price believed to be in the region of £4 million and is examining a number of potential redevelopment options.
