Aitchison Raffety Continues Expansion With New Appointments

Aitchison Raffety is continuing its planned expansion with further appointments to its valuation and agency divisions. 

Lindsey Lock MRICS has joined the company’s St Albans office as a consultant valuer where she will work directly with the Group Director of Valuation auditing commercial valuation reports and overseeing the company’s valuation procedures and policies as well as being involved with graduate training/APC.  

Previously she was a director within the valuation department of DTZ.

Philip Richards has joined Aitchison Raffety’s Hemel Hempstead office to work within the commercial agency division as a graduate surveyor.   Previously he was with Miller Commercial in Truro.
