New Director Appointed

Commercial property consultancy, Aitchison Raffety has promoted Mark Downham BA (Hons) MPhil MRICS ANARA to director in recognition of the sustained and rapid growth and development of the group’s commercial valuation business in the London area.

Mark joined Aitchison Raffety three years ago to head up valuation services in the group’s London office where he has responsibility for the valuation of commercial and residential development schemes, investment assets and portfolios, restaurants, pubs, hotels and UK rail estate assets.

Such has been the expansion of the London valuation division that a further senior surveyor has been appointed to the valuation team.  Steve Vickers BSc MRICS IRRV joins the practice from Douglas Duff with a remit to further develop valuation services in the South East of England.  He will also be responsible for compulsory purchase work and Landlord & Tenant matters.
