The Aitchison Raffety Building Surveyors Division consists of a team of dedicated Chartered Surveyors providing professional services for commercial and residential properties.

Our Division offers detailed technical knowledge and advice and has a very wide range of surveying experience. All surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

We provide reports such as Home Buyers Reports and Structural Surveys, together with a complete tailored service to meet any bespoke requirements you may have. Snagging List Reports for new home buyers, Schedule of Dilapidations Reports for outgoing tenants, and Schedule of Condition Reports for tenants taking on a new lease are also available.
