The property management division of Aitchison Raffety in Milton Keynes is continuing to expand and has recently added three more health centres to its management portfolio.

Acting for One Medical Limited, which owns a 3,500 square metre purpose built medical centre in Harrogate, comprising four separate doctors’ practices and a pharmacy, Aitchison Raffety is responsible for collecting annual service charges from tenants to fund building services and repairs. “In addition” says Dymond, “we arrange and monitor site services, such as landscaping, window cleaning, building repairs, plant maintenance and cleaning contracts”.

A similar role is undertaken for Rushcliffe Healthcare, owners of a 2,750 square metre purpose built primary care centre in Lytham St Anne’s comprising two doctors’ practices, a PCT training facility and a pharmacy. Primary Health Investment Properties has instructed Aitchison Raffety to manage its external repairing obligations on its large purpose- built medical centre in Firs Way, Sale, Manchester which provides a doctor’s practice and pharmacy for the local community.
