Peter Rowlinson DipLA FRICS MCIARB FNARA has been appointed by Aitchison Raffety to head up the Asset Recovery team in its London office where he will provide strategic and valuation advice in addition to taking appointments as an LPA Receiver.  He will also have responsibility for developing the spread and depth of work of the Asset Recovery team and to build relationships with Aitchison Raffety’s client base.

After gaining experience as a surveyor at Jones Lang Wootton and Richard Ellis, Rowlinson joined Stevens Scanlan, becoming a partner in 1989. During the recession of the late 1980s and early 1990s he took a large number of LPA appointments leading to the project management of office, residential and retail warehouse developments for a number of lenders as well as offering considerable other recoveries advice.

Peter Rowlinson was head hunted to move to Eddisons in late 2009 to establish the Valuation and Insolvency department at the London office. He has been Chairman of the South London branch of the RICS (1998-99) and currently serves on the Fellowship Assessment Board and London Regional Policy Group of the RICS. He is a Council member of NARA, the Association of Property and Fixed Charged Receivers having been Vice Chairman in 2002-03.
