7/9/18 – AR agree office letting in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Ian Archer, Director at Aitchison Raffety (Hertfordshire Office) has confirmed the letting of an office in a modern development at Unit 11 Amberside, Wood Lane, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4TP.
The unit comprised a unit of 1,510 sq ft on the first floor of a development undertaken in 2007 providing ‘flatted’ units sharing central facilities including WCs, a lift and a shower.  The unit benefits from air conditioning and five car spaces.

The unit was let to Suttons Transport Group Ltd who are relocating within Hemel Hempstead, on a five year lease on FRI terms at the quoting rent of £27,000 per annum. Aitchison Raffety advised the landlords, private individuals, whilst the tenant was unrepresented.
