Aitchison Raffety (Hertfordshire Office) have completed the acquisition of a vacant industrial unit in Kings Langley on behalf of private investment clients.

The property, at 12 Langley Wharf, Railway Terrace, Kings Langley WD4 8JE, comprised a mid-terraced 1960s industrial unit totalling 3,553 sq ft all on one level. The quoting price was £550,000 and Aitchison Raffety advised the purchaser.
