The unit comprised a total of 863 sq ft on the ground floor of a development undertaken in 2007 providing ‘flatted’ units sharing central facilities including WCs, an entrance, a lift and a shower. The unit also included air conditioning and three car spaces.
The unit was sold to local company Farrell Accountants who are moving within Hemel Hempstead.
