Aitchison Raffety is delighted to announce that, after an extensive and thorough interview process, they have been awarded the Investors in People (IiP) Silver accreditation. The company joins no fewer than 600 companies across the UK achieving the Silver status who believe in realising the potential of their people.
Commenting on the award, Philip Waite, Group Operations Director, said:
“This great accolade recognises Aitchison Raffety’s ongoing commitment to be a Learning Organisation and to develop its people. It acknowledges that we do live our company values, and also how we communicate and involve colleagues within the organisation. We are determined to aim for continual improvement, so our IiP Silver accreditation will help us to attract and retain the best talent and build successful futures.”
The assessment process took several months and included an online engagement survey completed by colleagues across the Group, face to face and telephone interviews with a number of people, and an in-depth analysis of the company’s systems and records. It identifies that Aitchison Raffety has established good practice in all nine of the Investors in People indicators, with some at an advanced level.
